About Optimizio
I run a growing Etsy shop solo and spend most of my time on operations — drafting customer messages, writing listing content, and managing orders. I need tools to help me scale without giving outside help access to my entire storefront. Optimizio is the tool I built to solve that.
Who It's For
This tool is not available to the public. It is operated privately by the shop owner for their own use only. There is no registration, no onboarding, and no access for other sellers.
What It Does
- Prepares customer message drafts the owner personally reviews and sends through Etsy
- Writes listing content — titles, tags, and descriptions — for the owner's own products
- Researches product trends to inform design and inventory decisions
- Displays the owner's own orders and daily net earnings after production costs, so pricing issues are caught before month-end
Data & Privacy
Optimizio only accesses data from the shop owner's own Etsy account, using OAuth authentication provided by Etsy. No data is collected from, shared with, or aggregated across any other Etsy sellers. Data accessed through the Etsy API is used solely to display information to the shop owner within this private dashboard. It is not used for advertising, analytics, machine learning, or any other purpose.
