Personal Etsy Seller Tools

Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Overview

Optimizio is a private, personal tool operated by a single Etsy seller for their own shop. This policy explains what data is accessed, how it is used, and what is never done with it.

Data We Access

When connected to Etsy via OAuth, Optimizio accesses data from the shop owner's own Etsy account only. This may include order and transaction records, shop listings, and related shop data. This access is authorized directly by the shop owner using Etsy's official OAuth authentication flow.

No data is accessed from any other Etsy seller's account. No data is collected from Etsy customers or third parties.

How Data Is Used

Data accessed through the Etsy API is used solely to display information to the shop owner within this private dashboard — specifically to view orders and calculate daily net earnings after production costs.

Data is never used for advertising, machine learning, resale, or any purpose beyond displaying it to the owner of the account it belongs to.

Data Sharing

Data accessed through this application is never shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party. It is not aggregated with data from other sellers. It is not transmitted to external marketing or advertising platforms.

Data Storage

Operational data such as shop settings, customer message guidelines, and approved designs are stored in a private database accessible only to the shop owner. Etsy transaction data is fetched on demand and is not permanently stored.
